What happens after I join?
Upon sign up, you will receive a welcome email from me and, when you are ready to get started on your first design task, we will have a consultation together to hit the ground running.
Are the payments direct debited?
Yes, you will be prompted to set up a direct debit upon sign up for your convenience.
Can I unsubscribe at any time?
Yes, you are welcome to unsubscribe at any time.
Is there a limit on the number of tasks we can work on each month?
Although there is no limit on the number of tasks we can work on together, the membership is designed to work at a gradual pace. If you are wanting to complete a space in one go, another one of my full-service packages may best suit your needs. If you are in doubt as to whether the membership is right for you, feel free to contact me for a free design consultation.
What trades and suppliers do you use?
I have been working with trades for many years and understand their rates and expectations. This means that you can feel confident in the workmanship, price and service you will receive from my suppliers. You will also have access to many trade-only suppliers.
Is this service offered 24/7?
Unfortunately I do value sleep over zombie land, so I do only work between the hours of 9am-5pm (with some exceptions).
Can I sign up for the membership and complete a whole room in the first month?
Although there is no limit on the number of tasks we can work on together, the membership is designed for us to work through your design tasks at a gradual pace.
Do I need to start with a small project at first?
There is no limit on the size of the design tasks from day one!
Can I use my own trades or suppliers?
Absolutely! However, I cannot offer project management for tasks completed by your own trades or suppliers. You will then be missing out on the full service of the membership which is designed so that you can take advantage of guaranteed quality service and don’t have to do any of the hard work yourself.
Do I have to pay for products and services used to complete my design tasks in addition to the membership price?
The cost of all products and services we use to complete your home design tasks will need to be paid for in addition to the membership price. However, you will always be able to approve any quotes before they are accepted. We will also work towards your budget for each task.
Can I pay trades and suppliers directly?
As part of the membership experience, I will organise all direct payments for you. That way, your money is secure and you don’t have to talk $ with anyone other than me.
